DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS NETWORK CONTRACTING OFFICE 07 (NCO 7) DESCRIPTION: This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for a requirement to update the 2025 Statement of Conditions (SOC) Survey and Drawings for the Ralph H. Johnson VAMC located in Charleston, SC.   The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 7, intends on soliciting for quotes a requirement to update the 2025 Statement of Conditions (SOC) Survey and Drawings for the Ralph H. Johnson VAMC located at 109 Bee St Charleston, SC 29401.   The solicitation will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 Procedures. Request for Quote# 36C24725Q0569 for this effort which will be set-aside for Small Business, will be posted to beta.SAM (https://beta.sam.gov) on or about April  23, 2025. This solicitation will contain all necessary information to quote the requirement. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541330 - Engineering Services and the Small Business Administration size standard is $25.5 Million.
