Statement of Work For Endodry Storage & Drying System Objective: Central Alabama Veterans Health Care Systems (CAVHCS) Deinstall current machines Install Endodry Storage & Drying System **2 deinstall and 2 to install** Background: Validated with incoming instrument-grade compressed air per ISO 8573-1 which defines compressed air by particles, humidity and oil. Shortens the amount of time needed to fully dry the internal channels of a flexible endoscope compared to traditional hanging methods. Ensures an endoscopes internal channels will be dry within one hour (three hours required for entire endoscope). Cost savings may occur from less re-reprocessing of endoscopes which have exceeded storage times. Uses a cassette to minimize endoscope handling and potential recontamination. Provides a controlled environment for the drying and storage of endoscopes after a successful reprocessing cycle. Scope of Work: Central Alabama Veterans Health Care Systems (CAVHCS) will uninstall current machines. The Vendor will install Endodry Adv. Cabinet The Vendor will provide maintenance and software support at the Central Alabama Veterans Health Care Systems (CAVHCS). Period of Performance: n/a Hours of Work/ Place of Performance: Normal hours of coverage shall be Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding weekends and federal holidays.
