This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This acquisition is being conducted using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The resulting award will be a firm-fixed price purchase order. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (1) Solicitation 36C24725Q0383 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) combined synopsis/solicitation. (2) Solicitation 36C24725Q0383 and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03. (3) This combined/synopsis solicitation is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). Only Vendors that are certified as SDVOSB in the Small Business Administration (SBA) certification database, VetCert, are eligible to participate in this solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333120, Construction Machinery Manufacturing. The small business size standard is 1,250 employees. (4) General Description: The Contractor shall provide (1) each Skid-Steer Loader brand name or equal to the S76 Bobcat Skid-Steer Loader and (1) each heavy duty bucket with cutting edge.
