This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a RFQ Combined Synopsis Solicitation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03, January 17, 2025. This solicitation is being issued as an unrestricted opportunity.
