The contractor shall provide certification inspection services to include all labor, travel, and testing necessary to certify the listed equipment in according to manufacturer’s specifications. The contractor shall perform semi-annual certification inspections on each device to be performed in the months of January and July on a day and time mutually agreeable between the contractor, the using service, and HTM Manager/Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). The scheduling of certification inspections will be coordinated between the contractor, the using service, and HTM Manager/COR. The inspection is to be scheduled at least five (5) days in advance with the HTM Manager/COR.
