This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) 36C24725Q0023. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 and VAAR Update 2008-37. This is a one-time service for the replacement of the Reverse Osmosis unit in Bldg 21. Contractor shall provide installation and equipment in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and Salient Characteristics for the WJB Dorn VA Medical Center in Columbia South Carolina.
