The Charlie Norwood Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center located in August, GA is seeking a qualified Architectural Engineering firm to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and design services to include Schematics, Design Development, Construction Documents, Technical Specifications, Construction Period Services, Site Visits, Cost Estimates, As-Built Documentation, and all other related services necessary for the 509-23-401 AE Design to Correct Electrical Deficiencies in Building 801, Phase 1. This project is to replace and upgrade the existing outdated electrical vault four (EV4) and its associated original/outdated panels, disconnects, and transformers. This work will also include a design of a new Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) that will feed the lab on the second floor. Design shall incorporate all necessary elements such as wires/cables, exhaust fans, air conditioning, etc.… where necessary to replace and upgrade EV4 and the additional ATS installation. The project will include temporary feed solution during construction and phasing to enable continued operations..
