The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Potential vendors are to complete the attached RFQ document and submit an itemized quote as well as submit sufficient supporting documentation as required. This supporting documentation will be used to determine if the quoted items meet the requirements of the solicitation.
