The Contractor shall provide a one-time service for freezer repair. Order, receive and deliver to the jobsite the following equipment: One (1) Trenton 3.5-HP air-cooled condenser rated at 11,800 BTUH, Model TEZA035L8HT3DF. One (1) Trenton evaporator rated at 11,300 BTUH, Model TPLP211LES2DR8ESP. Lock and tag out the energy source to both the evaporator and condenser. Disconnect and reconnect the evaporator condensate drain line. Disconnect and reconnect the Type L copper refrigerant piping. New copper piping and fittings will be utilized to tie the new equipment into the existing line sets. Disconnect and reconnect the high-voltage wiring to the condenser and evaporator. New fused disconnects will be installed for both the evaporator and condenser. Remove the existing evaporator and condenser. Move the new condenser onto the roof. Install the replacement evaporator. Pressurize, leak check, and evacuate the circuit per EPA guidelines. Charge the system with virgin 448A refrigerant to OEM recommended sub-cooling guidelines. Insulate the affected ACR piping, and fittings and the condensate drain line. Start up and verify operation of the system. Clean up working area and return to prework conditions.
