The intent of this Request for Quotation is to establish a contract to furnish F.O.B. destination labor, material, parts, equipment, manuals, and schematic drawings necessary to perform preventive maintenance service, emergency repair work, load bank testing, and performance evaluations on seven (7) Emergency Generators and one (1) Portable Generator, located at the Uptown VA Medical Center, 1 Freedom Way, Augusta, GA 30904 and four (4) Emergency Generators and one (1) Fire Pump, located at the Downtown VA Medical Center, 950 15th Street, Augusta, GA 30901. The equipment shall be maintained in optimum operating condition and meet manufacturer's specification for operation and performance. All work shall be performed in accordance with the terms and conditions contained herein. Contract period shall be for one (1) year from the effective date of award with four option periods. Furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, and materials (see 7, for quality of parts) necessary to provide annual preventive maintenance inspection and unlimited emergency repair service on all equipment (see 9, Equipment Schedule) in accordance with all the terms, conditions, provisions, specifications, and schedule of this solicitation.
