The Government anticipates awarding a single contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offer that conforms to all solicitation requirements. Award without discussions is contemplated and all offerors are encouraged to submit their best offer with their initial submission. Submitted offers shall not exceed 15 single-sided pages and any pages beyond this amount will be removed and not evaluated. The award will be made to the response most advantageous to the Government. Quotes/offerors that do not provide an adequate description of how the equal product meets or exceeds the requested item(s) will not be considered for award. This is not applicable to offerors that are quoting EXACT MATCH items. To facilitate the award process, all quotes must include a statement regarding the terms and conditions herein as follows: "The terms and conditions in the solicitation are acceptable to be included in the award document without modification, deletion, or addition."
