THERE WILL BE NO SITE VISIT, THIS MORE OF LABOR W/PERSONNEL This task order is to provide (3) Electricians, (2) Carpenters, (4) Painters, (8) Gardeners, (2) Plumbers and (3) Maintenance Mechanics that will rotate between the Montgomery and Tuskegee Campus as needed. The work required is located at the Central Alabama Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHCS), Montgomery and Tuskegee, AL. Contractors are required to be present 5 days a week for 8 hours each day for a total of 40 hours per week. Contractors will be paid on an hourly rate. Overtime might be required at times and will be paid at time and a half not to exceed a total of 3000 hours. 2. Supervision: Contractor will be given a list of emergency contact numbers to call in case of emergency. The contractors will directly report each supervisor at each Campus. 3. Tasks to be performed: (The below list represents typical tasks that may occur during each day) The contractor shall perform the minimum duties listed in the table below as part of their daily activities.
