The Department of Veterans Affairs is interested in leasing a minimum of 7,839 (contiguous) net usable square feet of clinical space for a Women’s Health As-Built Clinic. Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center requires this As-Built Lease in the Augusta, Georgia area. Space shall be available for use by Tenant (VA) for personnel, furnishings, and equipment to meet the needs for a Women’s Health Clinic. Space design will provide maximum co-location of the staff providing services to our patients. The space to be leased will require no more than light renovation (cosmetic repairs and refreshes of finishes to bring the facility to a maintained as designed condition) or bare minimum tenant improvement (necessary OIT and security enhancements). All repairs, enhancements and refreshes must be completed by acceptance of premise.
