Page 2 of 2 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 7, William Jennings Bryan Dorn (VAMC) intends to solicit a indefinite-quantity contract for a base with four one (1) year option years to provide Dental services for the beneficiaries of the WJB Dorn VA Medical Center and Greenville Outpatient Clinic in accordance with all terms of the contract. Contractor shall pick up and deliver once daily Monday through Friday between the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. at both locations, excluding weekends and holidays. No overtime is authorized. The Contractor shall be responsible for the following during the term of the contract: Pick Up: o Daily pick up at the at Dental Laboratory Shipping Counter of the Dental Service (both locations) are to be conducted for Dental Material/Impressions created by the facility to have fabricated with a Prescription for each one explaining what service is required. o Packaging and Shipment to required Lab of all collected Impressions. o Fabricate all request(s) per doctor s prescriptions orders and specified instructions provided with each Impression. Delivery: o Return delivery of requested product(s), no later than the patient scheduled appointment date (normally no more than fifteen (15) business days), identified on Prescription(s) return date. o Provide proper notification to the designated COR within 48 hours if unable to meet this time frame. Invoice: o Monthly Invoicing Only. Track and Invoice at the beginning of each month all delivered items for the prior month and submit an Invoice for all Delivered Items only. A Request for Proposal (RFP) for this project is estimated to be released on or about March 11, 2024.
