This Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted by the NCO 7 Network Contracting Officer, 501 Hatcher Street, Hatcher Bldg., Suite 2, Augusta, GA to identify sources capable of providing Surgical Technologists to support the Operating Room at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Centers in Columbia, SC. The proposed NAICS Code is 561320, Temporary Help Services ($34 Million). Period of Performance: 12 months from date of Award plus an additional one (1) year option year. Responses should include: (1) Business Name, (2) Point of Contact Name, Phone Number, and E-mail Address; (3) DUNS and NAICS code; (4) Business Size SMALL, or LARGE; and (5) Type of Business SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED (SDVOSB), VETERAN OWNED (VOSB), 8A, HUB Zone, WOMEN-OWNED etc. All commercial industry business concerns eligible to provide this service are encouraged to reply as this information may be used to determine potential set asides for the above noted service.
