This requirement is to provide rental services of one 1.5T Mobile MRI Unit to the Columbia Healthcare System, WJB Dorn VA Medical Center located in Columbia South Carolina. 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. The solicitation number is 36C24723Q1088 and it is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-05 dated 09/22/2023. 3. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) entities. At the time of submission of offer and prior to award, the offeror shall be listed as verified in the SBA VetCert database at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov and verified and active as a Small Business in the System for Award Management (SAM) reflecting NACIS code 621512 Diagnostic Imaging Centers with a small business size standard of $19M. 4. The VA anticipates the award of one (1) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for Mobile MRI Services to support the Wm. Jennings Bryan Dorn VA Medical Center (VAMC) located at 6439 Garners Ferry Road, Columbia, SC 29209. See the Statement of Work located in description of requirement for specific requirements and qualifications. 5. The period of performance is from October 23, 2023, to October 22, 2024, and includes one three-month option period to be exercised at the discretion of the government.
