Continuous use of current equipment poses hazards to patients and staff. Currently at end of life. SCOPE The vendor/contractor will provide 4 ENT Chairs for this purchase. VENDOR/CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS The vendor/contractor shall ensure equipment the ENT Chair meets specifications. TASKS The contractor shall complete the following tasks in support of this Delivery: No delivery or installation provided by vendor. DELIVERABLES The vendor/contractor agrees to the following deliverable dates: No installation provided by vendor.
