The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Network Contracting Office (NCO7) has a requirement to provide the Central Alabama (CAVHCS) West Campus located at 215 Perry Hill Rd, Montgomery, AL 36109 a contract to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals to perform manufacture recommended annual preventive maintenance service on Hydroplex System Model # HP200SM. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for proposals, a written solicitation document will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02 and VAAR Update 2008-36. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561210, with a small business size standard of $47 Million. The government intends to award a contract as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation that will include the terms and conditions set forth herein. To facilitate the award process, all proposals must include a statement regarding the terms and conditions herein as follows: "The terms and conditions in the solicitation are acceptable to be included in the award document without modification, deletion, or addition." OR "The terms and conditions in the solicitation are acceptable to be included in the award document with the exception, deletion, or addition of the following:" offeror shall list exception(s) and rationale for the exception(s). Proposals shall remain valid for 60 days unless otherwise expressly stated on the proposal. Submitted proposals shall list two points of contacts including name, phone number, and email address. The government will consider technical approach and relevant experience/past performance, and price. The government will evaluate information based on the following evaluation criteria: (1) technical approach factor "meeting or exceeding the requirement, (2) relevant experience/past performance, and (3) price. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation Commercial Items, explain the specific evaluation criteria to be included in paragraph (a) of that provision.
