Probe that can detect the pressures that accompany swallowing. Probe/Procedure that can help to diagnose achalasia and other swallowing disorders that can be used for patient who get reflux surgeries (Nissen Fundoplicaiton) System that detects narrowing of the esophagus, assesses the ability of the muscles of the esophagus to contract and pass food in the right direction (preventing aspiration of contents into the lungs) System that can determine the elasticity of the esophagus Probe used to measure the function of the lower esophageal sphincter (the valve that prevents reflux, or backward flow, of gastric acid into the esophagus) and the muscles of the esophagus. Probe/test that will assist MD with determining if your esophagus is able to move food to your stomach normally.
