This requirement is for monthly services of microbiological testing of the Pharmacy compounding clean rooms on behalf of the Columbia Healthcare System, WJB Dorn VA medical center located in Columbia South Carolina. The industrial hygienist shall perform sample testing for fungi and bacteria using an impactor and agar plates in the anteroom, near the clean room doorway, inside the clean room twelve inches from the bio-safety cabinets, and inside the bio-safety cabinets.
