DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS NETWORK CONTRACTING OFFICE 07 (NCO 7) DESCRIPTION: This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for emergent and non-emergent ambulance transportation services for the Augusta VA Medical Center.  The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 7, intends on soliciting proposals for Ambulance Transportation Services for the Augusta VA Medical Center located at 1 Freedom Way, Augusta, Georgia 30904 and 950 15th Street, Augusta, Georgia 30904. The solicitation will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 15 Procedures. Performance shall be in accordance with the requirements contained in the performance work statement (PWS), standards of the state of Georgia, (and other parts of Georgia when required). Contractor must be a certified provider of ambulance services in the state of Georgia at the time of proposal submission. Request for Proposal Number 36C24722R0046 will be set-aside 100% for registered and verified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business vendors only, and will be posted to beta.SAM (https://beta.sam.gov) on or about February 24, 2022. This solicitation will contain all necessary information to submit a proposal. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 621910 - Ambulance Service and the Small Business Administration size standard is $16.5 Million. All interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (https://sam.gov) and complete online Representations and Certifications at (https://sam.gov/) prior to submitting a proposal. If claiming veteran status, you must be verified in VIP (www.VIP.VETBIZ.gov) as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).   Proposals are tentatively scheduled to be due on March 24, 2022 (see solicitation when available for specific time/date).   Point of Contact: Marshand Boone, Contract Specialist  Questions regarding this notice may be submitted via e-mail to marshand.boone@va.gov.Â
