Performance shall be in accordance with the requirements contained in the performance work statement (PWS), standards of the state of Georgia, (and other parts of Georgia when required). Contractor must be a certified provider of ambulance services in the state of Georgia at the time of proposal submission. Request for Proposal# 36C24722R0029, will be set-aside 100% for registered and verified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business vendors only, and will be posted to beta.SAM (https://beta.sam.gov) on or about February 15, 2022. This solicitation will contain all necessary information to submit a proposal. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 621910 - Ambulance Service and the Small Business Administration size standard is $16.5 Million.
