Interested contractors are requested to respond in accordance with the following POTENTIAL SOURCES SHALL PROVIDE ALL THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IN THEIR RESPONSE: 1) Please respond to this RFI if you are capable of providing the services listed in the Statement of Work found in the attachments section below. In the response, please cite business size status. 2) Company name, address, phone number, primary contact(s), e-mail address, NAICS code(s), business size (i.e., small/large), and unique entity identifier used in SAM.gov. 3) Provide a Statement of Capability that demonstrates the offeror's past performance in providing this type of service.
