The Engineering Services Department at the Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System, 2400 Hospital Road, Tuskegee, Alabama 36083 This requirement is for a base plus 4 option year contract to obtain preventative maintenance and repair of all boilers located in various building on the campus. All interested companies shall provide offer(s) for the base plus 4 option year period of performance in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement.
