VETERANS AFFAIRS WANTS TO LEASE SPACE The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease 34,000 Net Usable Square Feet (NUSF) of lease space for a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Houston County, Georgia. This requirement is for a pre-existing building or build-to-suit. The space must be located within the following delineated area: North: to Northern border of Houston County from Houston Road to Hwy 129. East: to Hwy 129 from Northern border of Houston County south until the railway track splits from Hwy 129 (near Sand Bed Road). Boundary continues to follow railway track from Sand Bed Road south until it intersects Hwy 341. South: to Keys Road from Hwy 34 westward to Larry Walker Parkway. Border extends to run length of Larry Walker Parkway until it intersects Interstate 75. West: to length of Interstate 75 from Larry Walker Parkway northward to Hwy 96. At Hwy 96, boundary line jogs over to Hwy 41 and follows Western border of the county up to the Northern border of the county.
