The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease 4,999 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) of Office Space in Greenville, SC. The space must be located within the following delineated area: North to Old Spartanburg Road-E North Main; South to Interstate 385/85; East to Boiling Springs Road and Interstate 85; West to Poinsett Hwy/Laurens Hwy 276. In addition, the special requirements are: 1) Space must be located on the first floor, and 2) Proximity to liquor stores, medical (or otherwise) marijuana distributors or methadone clinics are precluded within a walkable ¼ mile of the Office Space.
