Solicitation Number: 36C24721R0025 Notice Type: Pre-Solicitation Notice for Gas Line Inspection Purchase Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Central Alabama Veterans Affairs Care System (CAVHCS) Montgomery, Alabama intends to issue a full and open competition solicitation for the contract for Gas Line Inspection at Montgomery and Tuskegee Alabama. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 213112.This requirement is advertised to Veterans Small Business (VOSB), set a-side. All interested offerors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM Award ) and Vendor Information Pages (VIP) will be made to the responsible offeror submitting the Best Value Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer that satisfies all terms and condition of the solicitation. This requirement is a VOSB Set-aside, Small and Large Businesses are welcome to submit a proposal, but will not be considered for award, only for market research. Scope of Work: Will be posted with solicitation. Place of Performance: CAVHCS, Montgomery and Tuskegee Al (One facility). Period of Performance (POP): Base Year : December 4, 2020 to December 3, 2021 Option Year I: December 4, 2021 to December 3, 2022 Option Year 2: December 4, 2022 to December 3, 2023 Option Year 3: December 4, 2023 to December 3, 2024 Option Year 4: December 4, 2024 to December 3, 2025 Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price PRICE Proposal Period: The Government anticipates releasing the solicitation on 11/20/2020.
