Department of Veterans Affairs, Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System (CAVHCS), Police Service, Ft. Benning VA Clinic Security System is seeking to install two (2) separate intrusion detection systems (IDS) at Fort Benning VA Clinic, Columbus, GA: install one IDS in VA Police Arms Room and install separate IDS for perimeter of Fort Benning VA Clinic consisting of exterior doors and main entrance The Period of Performance is from time of award until January 31st 2022. The government intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) and award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to the responsible vendor whose quote is the most advantageous to the Government under the procedures in FAR 13.5 used in accordance with 41 U.S.C 1901. Market research indicates that this acquisition will be competed as a Total Set-Aside for (SDVOSB) Service-Disabled Veteran owned Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 561621 with a size standard of $20.5M.
