Pre-Solicitation Notice: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 7 has a requirement for Virtual Pharmacy Services for the Medical Centers serviced under VISN 7 (Georgia, South Carolina and Alabama). Offeror will be required to provide Virtual Pharmacist to assist in reviewing and processing out-patient prescriptions for VISN 7, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C24721Q0626 will be available for download from the Contract Opportunities website at https://beta.sam.gov/. No hardcopies will be sent. Questions received prior to issuance of the RFQ will not be addressed. Once the RFQ is issued, questions must be submitted in accordance with the instructions listed in the RFQ. Responses to inquiries will be incorporated into a written amendment posted to the Contract Opportunities website at https://beta.sam.gov/. Verbal questions and/or phone calls are not acceptable and will not be addressed. Offerors are encouraged and are responsible for routinely checking the Contract Opportunities website for any solicitation amendments that may be issued throughout the quote period. This requirement will be solicited as a Total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 621399 Offices of All Other Miscellaneous Health Practitioners, Small Business Size Standard of $8 million. Please ensure that all betasam.gov registrations indicate the associated NAICS Code for this requirement. Prospective Offerors are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.11 they shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications in SAM prior to award of a contract. SAM is located at https://sam.gov/content/home and consolidated the capabilities of CCR/FedReg, ORCA, and EPLS. There is NO cost to use SAM.
