Experience: The offeror shall provide a narrative describing its specific experience providing Boiler Plant Preventative Maintenance Service. General statements claiming experience providing Boiler Plant Preventative Maintenance Service, that do not include specific references to prior contract work, or that do not include the information required below, are not acceptable. For each reference contract the Offeror submits as evidence of its experience providing Boiler Plant Preventative Maintenance Service. services, the Offeror s narrative must clearly state the following information: a. Boiler Plant Maintenance services designed to provide server and software maintenance b. Boiler combustion control point calibration and combustion testing for each boiler as applicable c. Boiler safety switch calibration and testing for each boiler d. Boiler plant loop tuning for each system e. Common plant I/O control and instrumentation preventive maintenance and calibration f.
