Johnson VA Medical Center (RHJ VAMC), Training Room to Conduct New Employee Orientation (NEO). The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide training room space to host up to 50 attendees, every other week, for two days, to conduct NEO, while ensuring social distancing. The facility (Conference Center/Hotel) must be a facility equipped to provide a venue for team building, audio and visual specific tasks later outlined. The Conference Center/Hotel preferably will be situated within a one (1) mile radius of the Ralph H Johnson VA Medical center located at 109 Bee St, Charleston, SC 29401. Employees will need to be able to easily walk to RHJ VAMC to complete related NEO tasks such as obtaining ID cards. The selected vendor must be able to provide adequate free onsite parking.
