Contractor is to provide: Interventional Radiologist to perform interventional radiology procedures consisting of General Vascular and Interventional Angiography, Neurovascular, CT and Ultrasound guided procedures and Spine Imaging (Lumbar puncture/Facet joint injection) after hours, weekends and government holidays as needed. Interventional Radiology services provided by the contractor shall meet or exceed all current applicable standards of the Joint Commission. Coverage Hours: Monday Friday, day tour, as needed (annual leave / vacation). After hours on-call, weekends and government holidays. Weekday on call is from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. There are ten government holidays. Contractor must be present at the VA facility for all hours designated as direct patient care hours.
