NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs, intends to award a sole-source contract to Lumenis, 2033 Gateway Place, Suite 200, San Jose, CA 95110 for preventive maintenance and emergency services on the following equipment: Vision One Laser Ophthalmic Systems Interested vendors must be authorized agents of Lumenis and express their interest and capability in response to this notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 811219 with a Small Business Size Standard of $20.5 million. This is for informational purposes only and not to be construed as a commitment by the government. Any information submitted to this notice of intent is voluntary. This Notice of Intent is not a Request for Competitive Proposals. No solicitation documents are available at this time. However if your company would like to express interest in this requirement please respond with your interest and qualifications to Trinika L. Mason, Contract Specialist, via email: trinika.mason@va.gov by no later than COB on February 14, 2020. Responses received will be evaluated, however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received by the above deadline the Contracting Office will proceed with the sole source award to Lumenis Supporting documentation must be furnished to demonstrate the ability to comply with the attached DRAFT statement of work. Any interested vendor shall reply with their capability statements which identifies the following: business size, DUNS number, and must be authorized to provide PM services on Vision One Laser Ophthalmic Systems.
