This pre-solicitation notice replaces pre-solicitation notice 36C24719R0124. Pre-solicitation notice 36C24719R0124 is hereby canceled in its entirety. This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice to announce that the Department of Veterans Affairs intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Custodial Services for the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center located at 1826 Veterans Blvd Dublin, GA 31021. The contractor shall provide all necessary tools, equipment, and labor necessary to perform custodial services in accordance with the solicitation/contract, at the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center Veterans Canteen Service (approx. 4,419sq.ft.), and Nutrition and Food Service (approx. 22,285sq.ft.). This is a pre-solicitation notice only. This is not a request for pricing. Interested parties should watch for the issuance of the solicitation and associated documents on or about December 27, 2019, which will contain the specific instructions and requirements. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned, Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside under NAICS code 561720, with a small business size standard of $18M. All interested parties must be registered as a SDVOSB in the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Vendor Information Pages (VIP) as of both the response due date of the solicitation and the date of contract award, as well as being registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov on the date of contract award.
