The William Jennings Bryan Dorn VA Medical Center will post a Request For Proposal (RFP) on or about January 29, 2020 to established a one (1) year base plus a four (4) twelve (12) month option year service contract where the contractor shall provide Ambulance Transportation Services and/or Wheelchair/Ambulatory Transportation Services for beneficiaries assigned to the Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC) and William Jennings Bryan Dorn VA Medical Center. The solicitation will incorporate two (2) NAICS codes: North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 621910 Ambulance Services; Business Size Standard of $15 million. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 485991 Patient Transport Services; Business Size Standard of $15 million. This not a request for proposal submission. Interested vendors should reply with proposals and technical capability in response to the official RFP when released. 1. The purpose of this amendment is to revise solicitation 36C24720R0008, Non-Emergency Wheelchair Van Services PWS May 18, 2020 as follows: • Paragraph A.2.1 Vehicle requirements: REMOVE “Wheelchair vans must have 35,000 miles or less on the odometer and be no older than model year 2017" 2.
