Removal and Install of Ambulatory CHILLER Charlie Norwood Veterans Affairs Medical Center This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE only for the purpose of Market Research. Response to this notice will be used for information and planning purposes. No proposals or quotes are being requested or accepted with this notice. Responses to this source sought is not a request to be added to a prospective bidders list or to receive a copy of the solicitation. Charlie Norwood Veterans Affairs Medical Center is seeking Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses/Veteran Owned Small Businesses (but will accept small business Capability Statements for market research purposes), capable of furnishing all necessary labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and transportation to provide removal and replacement of new chiller. Campus intends to purchase a 110-ton air cooled Ambulatory chiller to replace existing chiller. The location is Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center, Downtown Division, 800 Bailey Street, Building 801, Augusta, GA 30904. 1. Basic Requirement - Check in with customer and review work plan. - Perform Pre-Job Safety Checklist. - Recover refrigerant from existing unit per EPA regulations. - Remove and properly dispose of existing unit. - Provide and install new YORK YLAA0120SE46XFBSDXX Chiller or equivalent. - Provide required crane and rigging. - Provide and install new actuators to allow automatic switchover. - Provide and install required controls. - Map points, set-up alarms and trends, etc. - Start up and ensure proper operation - Items Included but field installed: -Chilled water piping if necessary -Install water pressure taps -Thermometers and gauges for chiller -Rigging and Installation of chiller Interested and capable respondents are requested to provide the information below.
