The contractor wi... The contractor shall be responsible for cleaning all exterior windows of buildings: 5, 20, 22, 100, 100A, 103, 103A, 106, 114, and 120. Buildings range from one to five stories tall. The contractor will provide all equipment and supplies, necessary to complete the required work. The contractor will adhere to all City of Columbia ordinances, in regard to chemicals being used. The contractor will provide Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), for all chemicals being used. The C&A requirements do not apply, and that a Security Accreditation Package is not required. The Period of performance shall be within 30 days after notice to proceed has been issued and will not take longer than 30 days to complete. Service will be performed two (2) times during a 12-month period, with no more than six (6) months in-between services. Work will be completed during normal working hours, 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, except Federal Holidays. THIS is a BASE(+) 4 year Option Service, so please let your quote reflect as such.
