THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION FOR: COMPLETE UPPER & LOWER BODY GYM ASSEMBLY SYSTEM The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) at the Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System West Campus intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C24720Q0998 on or before: 07.31.2020. The Government intends to award one Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for: Complete Upper & Lower Body Gym Assembly System. This effort will be solicited as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside, using the applicable NAICS Code: 713940. Only one award will be made to one vendor that can provide all items/services at the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). To qualify as a (SDVOSB), prospective contractors must be listed in the Vendor Information Pages (https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov). Prospective contractors must also be registered in the System for Award Management system prior to award of a Government contract. Potential offerors are further advised that failure to register in the SAM database will render your firm ineligible for award. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed or issued, but the solicitation will be available on FBO (https://beta.sam.gov/).
