Removal and Replacement of three (3) Walk-in Refrigeration Units Project Charlie Norwood Veterans Affairs Medical Center This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE only for the purpose of Market Research. Response to this notice will be used for information and planning purposes. No proposals or quotes are being requested or accepted with this notice. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS or QUOTES and NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE. This notice shall NOT be construed as solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Responses to this source sought is not a request to be added to a prospective bidders list or to receive a copy of the solicitation. Charlie Norwood Veterans Affairs Medical Center is seeking Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses/Veteran Owned Small Businesses (but will accept small business Capability Statements for market research purposes), capable of furnishing all necessary labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and transportation to provide removal and replacement of three (3) Walk-in Refrigeration Units and other associated HVAC parts at Bldg. 82. The location is Charlie Norwood Veteran s Affairs Medical Center Uptown Division, located at 1 Freedom Way, Augusta GA 30904. All contractor-provided system components shall be provided to optimize performance and require low-maintenance. The affected building is occupied and in use. The work may require the removal and reinstallation of mechanical equipment which shall be coordinated with the Facilities Management Services (FMS). Equipment down-times shall be kept to a minimum and be scheduled with applicable departments and the project COR in writing two (2) weeks in advance for equipment downtime. Interested and capable respondents are requested to provide the information below. All responses to this notice shall include: company name, address, point of contact, phone number, DUNS number (www.dnb.com), list of available compatible products, the geographical location the respondent is able to service, and documentation of authorized distributor certification (if a brand name product is intended for offer should the requirement go to solicitation).
