The Atlanta Pharmacy located at 1670 Clairmont Rd Decatur, GA 30030 is requesting a new Pyxis Medstation 4000; which automates medication management in procedural areas. A service agreement for monthly maintenance beginning the date of receipt and four years thereafter is also needed. The Contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the deliverables. The purpose of this project is to add one (1) new non-profile Pyxis Med station (6 drawer), and one (1) half height (2 door) integrated tower main) to newly renovated EP/Cath Lab. The Contractor shall provide the automated dispensing cabinets as well as Software and the support for software must be provided to ensure accurate dispensing of patient orders from the dispensing cabinets as well as legally binding tracking and auditing capability of use of the dispensing cabinets. The Contractor shall deliver the equipment and provide all necessary labor, management, skills, materials, etc. required to install, train and maintain the medicine storage system. Installation activities to include the need for Network Access working in conjunction with the Atlanta VA IT department.
