SOLICITATION NOTICE The Charlie Norwood VAMC has a requirement for janitorial services to clean approximately 247,000 square feet of building space, to include cleaning the exterior entrances, patios and walkways and waste removal at the Uptown Charlie Norwood VAMC 1 Freedom Way, Augusta, Georgia, 30904, Fisher House, and Downtown 950 15th Street, Augusta, Georgia, 30904. This requirement will be solicited on a 100% total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside basis using the commercial item procedures in FAR Parts 12 and 13.5. The NAICS Code is 561720, Janitorial Services. The Business Size Standard is $19.5M. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price (FFP) contract. This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer.
