The Columbia VA Healthcare System, WJB Dorn VA Medical Center located at 6439 Garners Ferry Road, Columbia, SC 29209 is actively seeking sources that can provide 3M 1860 or 1860S respirator masks in support of COVID-19 PPE. RESPIRATOR, PARTICULATE, SURGICAL MASK, N95, SMALL, CUP, BLUE, FLUID RESISTANT, NIOSH CERTIFIED, DOUBLE BAND WITH NOSEFOAM, DISPOSABLE, LATEX-FREE, BRAIDED COMFORT STRAP STK#: 3M1860 NSN: 6515-01-126-1003 Items per BX: 20 At this time, we have not been given the green light to utilize any substitute N95s. If they do not have the 3M 1860 or 1860S, we unfortunately cannot accept the substitute at this time. Immediate need quantity is 2,100 boxes (20 masks per box), however the facility will accept quotes for all quantities. Partial deliveries are acceptable. Any subsequent orders that result from this notice will be made using a Government credit card. Any subsequent orders valued at over $100,000.00 will require a Manual Authorization Code with US Bank, which the Government will establish before the order is placed. Offerors are asked to include a 3% credit card processing fee, if necessary, to their quote.
