The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO 7) is soliciting information from contractors that can perform Building Demolition Services for Columbia VA Health Care System in Columbia, SC. The principal NAICS code for this effort is 238910, Site Preparation Contractors. Draft Statement of Work (SOW) and specifications are attached to this notice. We are conducting market research to determine if there are enough qualified vendors to set aside an upcoming solicitation. We are seeking the following categories: Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, Veteran Owned Small Businesses, and all other small business categories.
