All interested vendors should meet by 10:50 am EST at the front entrance of Engineering Building, Bldg 20 Dorn VA Medical Center, 6439 Garners Ferry Rd, Columbia, SC. Parking is very limited at the Dorn VAMC so please plan accordingly.
