SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT: The Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center, 109 Bee Street, Charleston, SC 29401, is conducting a market survey to identify sources and/or solutions to provide a radioactive diagnostic agent for detection of neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) in patients. This announcement is issued for informational planning purposes only and is not a request for quote or announcement of a solicitation. Submitting information for this announcement is voluntary and VA assumes no responsibility for any costs incurred associated with the preparation of responses submitted as a result of this notice. The VA has identified NETSPOT (Gallium Ga 68 Dotatate), developed and produced by Advanced Accelerator Applications as a viable solution. The purpose of this market research is to identify any alternative sources in the market that provides a radioactive diagnostic agent for detection of neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) in patients. The potential contract will be a five-year (basic + option quantities) award. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 325412 Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing, and the small business size standard is 1,250 employees for this type of effort. Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM https://www.sam.gov). If not the original equipment manufacturer, vendor must be an authorized distributor/reseller of any proposed solutions. Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses and Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB s and VOSB s) must be registered in VETBIZ and maintain a current certification. Capability Statement and Documentation: Companies are invited to provide their capabilities, experience, and knowledge in providing PET/CT somatostatin receptors used for localization of NETs. Sources must provide the following information: 1. Company name, address, website, DUNS number, business type, socio-economic status (e.g., SDVOSB, VOSB, Woman-Owned, Disadvantaged Small Business, 8(a), general small business, large, business, etc.), and person of contact (including telephone number and email address). 2.
