STATEMENT OF WORK 619-20-1-5243-0066 OBJECTIVE: The objective of this contract is to provide the Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System (CAVHCS) with a contractual obligation for rebuilding chiller plant pump. LOCATION: VA Medical Center West Campus, 215 Perry Hill Rd, Montgomery, AL 36109-3725, Bldg. 4 SOW: Contractor will provide all transportation, labor, parts and tools needed to complete requirement. Field technician will pull, rebuild, and reinstall pump and motor. Align motor shaft, wire motor, test amps, and check operation of pump. Pump info: Paco/Peerless 10-20953-13001-2682 Motor info: Lincoln 7.5hp, 208-230/460V, 1725RPM General Conditions & Responsibility The contractor shall furnish all parts, labor and material for completion of job and provide tools or equipment as needed to complete the job. All materials and workmanship shall comply with all applicable codes, specifications, local ordinances, industry standards and utility company regulations. Contractor must provide and wear all safety equipment while performing duties HOURS OF WORK: Contractor set up and work shall be during normal working hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday. WARRANTY: The parts, material, and repairs warranty for the shall be for a duration of one year after all repairs are completed.
