THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT to conduct market research for a Design/Build Construction Services for Site Utilities for the Fisher House project on behalf of the Department of Veterans Affairs, W.J.B. Dorn VA Medical Center located in Columbia, South Carolina. The purpose of this sources sought is to locate possible Service-Disable Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) who are registered and certified on the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Vendor Information Pages (VIP) web page portal located at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/Default.aspx and able to perform Design/Build Construction Services for Site Utilities for Fisher House at the facility. If your business and/or company qualify as stated above and are interested in participating please provide a capability statement not to exceed five pages (excluding past performance information reports) which includes the following information via email to Thomas.Deppa@va.gov. No telephone responses will be accepted. Verification from the Vendor Information Pages (VIP) that shows your business name, DUNS, NAICS, and whether you are a SDVOSB. The NAICS are 237110 and 237130. Must provide a minimum of three past performance information reports within the past five years that shows your company has performed work in support of subsurface utility engineering for the infrastructure required to support hospital/healthcare facilities to include but not limited to: Structural, Civil, Electrical, Architectural, Fire Suppression/Fire Alarm, Communications, Water, Sewer, HVAC and Security Systems. Letter from bonding company stating the company s bonding capability. Summary description of the company s; Core Capabilities, Description of major services offered, Major Clients (Commercial and Government), and NAICS Codes Must provide a letter stating you are interested in this requirement and would like to consider providing an offer if a solicitation is advertised.
