The Atlanta Dental Clinic located at 250 Arcadia Ave, Decatur, GA 30030 is requesting Dental Trap Services. The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, instruments and resources necessary to clean 5 plaster traps every two weeks after 4 pm. Contractor shall remove lid clean and lubricate gasket with petroleum product. Then remove and clean stainless-steel basket and inside of plaster trap using a wet/dry vacuum or similar equipment. If necessary, snake the drain pipe if clogged. Reassemble plaster trap and run water to check for leaks. Dispose of removed plaster trap contents. All the deliverables described in this statement of work (SOW), must be accomplished except as may otherwise be specified.
