The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO 7), intends to solicit proposals from contractors to provide Primary Care & Mental Health Community Based Outpatient Clinic services at the contractor s facilities for beneficiaries of the Columbia VA Health Care System primarily residing in Rock Hill, South Carolina. As a result of the solicitation, the Government intends to award one (1) indefinite-delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract. The VA anticipates issuing a solicitation for this requirement on or about September 5, 2019. Proposals will be accepted for a one-month period commencing with the issuance date of the solicitation. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from this website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the proposal submission process. Prospective Offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the FBO website (https://www.fbo.gov) so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments. This solicitation will not be set aside. This does not preclude the Government from awarding to a small business. If the potential awardee is a Services Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) or Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), the contractor must be registered in the US Department of Veterans Affairs Vet Biz Database to be eligible for veteran owned preference.
