The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Ralph Johnson VA Medical Center (VAMC) located at 109 Bee Street in Charleston, South Carolina will be soliciting proposals for Overhaul and Replace Elevators of Building 1. Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for the Overhaul and Replace Elevators of Building 1. An Request for Proposal (RFP) 36C24719R0044 will be issued on or about February 6, 2019. The proposed action is advertised as Total Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business set aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 238290 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a Small Business Size Standard of $15.0 million. The classification code is Z2DA. Magnitude of project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-01 dated 12/20/2018.
